USTR Moving Forward to Assess Tariffs on All Remaining China Trade

The USTR has announced that the agency has been directed to commence the process of assessing tariffs on all remaining imports of Chinese goods valued at $300 billion.  We expect further details will be published today concerning the notice and comment period and proposed tariff rates.
