Jenny Wung is a law clerk at Rock Trade Law LLC, where she assists attorneys with matters involving U.S. Customs and international trade.
Jenny received an LL.M. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she participated in the Northwestern Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot team and served as an LL.M. Representative for the Intellectual Property Law Society. She also holds an LL.M. from National Chengchi University in Taiwan, where she authored a thesis titled The Infringement and Remedy of Well-known Trademark Rights, with a Focus on Trademark Dilution. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Psychology.
Prior to joining Rock Trade Law, Jenny acquired diverse legal experience both in the U.S. and internationally. She served as a Judicial Law Clerk at Taiwan Intellectual Property and Commercial Court, worked as a trademark paralegal at Taiwan's largest full-service law firm, and held law clerk roles focusing on business transactions and immigration practices at boutique U.S. law firms.
Jenny’s legal research and writing experience in Taiwan and the U.S. have equipped her with strong international and comparative legal research skills, analytical abilities, and a global perspective for addressing complex legal issues. She is a native Mandarin speaker.
