Bernard Kaiser is a law clerk at Rock Trade Law LLC, where he assists attorneys with matters involving U.S. Customs and international trade.
Bernard is a 3L at Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He is an associate editor of the Loyola University Chicago International Law Review and a traveling oralist at The William C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration competition, which focuses on international trade. Before joining Rock Trade Law, Bernard served as a Judicial Extern at the Federal District of Minnesota.
Bernard received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he majored in Political Science, focusing on International Governance and Relations. During his undergraduate studies, Bernard studied abroad in Brussels, Belgium, at the Brussels School of Governance, where he focused on American European trade relations.
Prior to law school, Bernard worked for AmeriCorps in the City of Chicago and spent much of his life working with his family business in international trade. Bernard is proficient in the German language.
