Alexis Gonzalez is a law clerk at Rock Trade Law LLC, where she assists attorneys with matters involving U.S. Customs and international trade.
Alexis is a 3L at DePaul University College of Law. She is a Member of DePaul Law Review and President of the Chicago Animal Law Student Initiative (CALSI). Prior to joining Rock Trade Law, Alexis interned at a Class I railroad and served as a judicial extern at the Circuit Court of Cook County.
Alexis received her Bachelor of Arts at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she majored in Global Studies, minored in Slavic Studies, and obtained a Global Business Certificate. She was a Foreign Language Area Studies (FLAS) Fellow. Alexis also has a Paralegal Certificate from Oakton College, where she was a President’s Scholar for all semesters attended there.
Prior to law school, Alexis acquired diverse legal experience as a paralegal in practice areas such as FDA compliance, civil litigation, and real estate. Alexis is a native Polish speaker.
